DII Report: DII baseball fall report — The G-MAC
Can the Ashland Eagles soar high again or will there be a surprise in the G-MAC?
The DII baseball fall reports keep on keeping on this week as we head to the Midwest Region and the G-MAC. We have 12 conferences in the books, so be sure to catch up on what you may have missed.

G-MAC facts to know:
John Schaly’s 1,272 wins (per the DII record book on NCAA.org) are the most in DII baseball history by more than 100 wins.
Ashland led the G-MAC in hitting by a wide margin, hitting .331. The next closest was Findlay at .315. The Eagles also scored the most runs with 501, a top-25 mark in DII.
There will be a new home run king in the G-MAC as Trevecca Nazarene heads south to the GSC. Northwood had 13 fewer home runs than the Trojans in a distant second place.
Trevecca Nazarene also had the best team ERA in the G-MAC. Kentucky Wesleyan and Ashland were close behind. Ashland was the Kings of the K, leading the G-MAC by more than 100 team strikeouts.
